Our service charges may include both government fees and additional processing fees for assistance, documentation, and support.

Once you submit your application with us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin processing your application within the timeframe indicated during your submission.

Refund Eligibility

If you cancel the service, you may be entitled to a refund under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: Applications cancelled within 30 minutes of payment are eligible for a full refund.
• Rush/Urgent Applications: These are not eligible for cancellation, as processing begins immediately and associated fees are paid to the relevant authorities.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made after 30 minutes but before processing begins will incur a 50% service fee deduction per applicant.
• Processed Applications: Once an application has been processed or submitted to immigration authorities, it cannot be cancelled, as government fees are non-refundable.
• Official Request Required: No cancellation or refund will be processed unless a written request is submitted. If documents are pending, applicants must either submit the required documents or send a written cancellation request.
